School Bus Drivers – New Hire Incentive

Unionville-Chadds Ford School District

Kennett Square, PA

Regular Bus Drivers am/pm needed

Starting salary $21.85 per hour

No experience is necessary.

Full paid CDL training provided.

New Hire Incentive: $10,000 (Payable over two years: $2,500 at 90 school days or CDL training completion, $2,500 at 182 school days, and $5,000 at 364 school days of successful employment)

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Class B, CDL license with current "S" endorsement (will train)
• Current State-mandated clearances and MVR check required before hire.
• Ability to work independently, read a map, and follow written directions.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work, interact, and cooperate with others.

Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)

Pennsylvania State Criminal Record Check (Act 34)

Federal Criminal History Record Check (Act 114)

Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release: Unionville-Chadds Ford School District uses an online process for submission and processing of required Act 168 forms. Candidates will receive information as necessary during the selection process.
